- Technical data — IP address, device and browser, and cookie data (see our Cookie Policy).
- Communications — messages and support requests you send us.
3. Why we use it and our lawful basis
- To make and deliver your wrap — performance of a contract.
- To provide customer support and order updates — performance of a contract.
- To keep accounting and tax records — legal obligation.
- To prevent fraud and improve our service — legitimate interests.
- Marketing emails and non-essential cookies — your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- Showing your before/after in our gallery — only with your explicit consent.
4. Who we share it with
We share data only with trusted processors who help us run the service: hosting and storage providers, payment processors, printing partners, couriers, local installers (for fitting orders) and email providers. We never sell your personal data.
5. International transfers
Where data is transferred outside the UK or EEA, we use adequacy regulations or appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. How long we keep it
- Photos and artwork — up to 12 months after delivery, so we can reprint or fix issues, then deleted.
- Order and financial records — 6 years, as required by UK law.
- Marketing data — until you unsubscribe.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the use of your data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. Email hello@binvisible.com and we'll respond within one month.
