2. What we sell
B-Invisible wraps are perspective-based camouflage designed to blend your bin into its surroundings. The effect is strongest from the viewpoints you photograph and will vary with distance, lighting, weather and angle. We do not claim the bin becomes literally invisible.
3. Orders and proofs
For Custom orders, we send a digital proof. Production starts only once you approve it. Colours on screen may differ slightly from print.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken at checkout.
5. Cancellations and returns
For Standard designs you can cancel within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Custom wraps are made to your specification, so the 14-day cancellation right does not apply once you've approved your proof. This does not affect your rights if goods are faulty.
6. Faulty goods
Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected. If your wrap arrives damaged or defective, tell us within 30 days and we'll reprint, repair or refund.
7. Fitting
Professional fitting is available in selected areas only and is carried out by independent local installers.
8. Your photos
You confirm you have the right to photograph the location you send us. We use your photos only to make your wrap, as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Liability
We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, or for damage caused by incorrect application or misuse. Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings there.
